Beauty Blender vs Real Techniques

I’ve heard a lot of people say that the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion sponge is a dupe for the Beauty Blender. I have to say that I disagree though. The RT sponge is quite dense, and for some reason, I had such a hard time cleaning it. Also, after maybe a month or less of using it, it started to tear which I didn’t have an issue with the BB sponge. Mind you, I washed both sponges everyday after use. The BB sponge is also bouncier in texture which for me is more comfortable when applying my foundation, it also held on longer compared to the RT one. Don’t get me wrong, the RT sponge still gets the job done. I guess it just comes down to personal preferences. In conclusion, I do prefer the Beauty Blender sponge, the only downside to this is that it costs $20 per sponge. The Real Techniques sponge costs $6 and is a great deal especially if you’re on a budget.

Milani 💄💕

My new favourite drugstore lipstick, Milani Moisture Matte lipstick in Naked. ❤️❤️❤️

Velvet Teddy has ALWAYS, and I mean always been my favourite everyday lip colour. Although I absolutely love that shade, I wished that it somehow had a touch of pink. Not exactly a pinky nude, but I wanted a very slightly dark nude with just a touch of pink. I found what I was looking for when I tried Milani’s Naked on. I even went so far as to saying that I like it more than Velvet Teddy, which trust me, is saying A LOT. So yes, I found a new everyday lip colour that looks so gorgeous and natural. The formula of this lipstick is so great, it lives up to its name “moisture matte”. I’m absolutely in love with this lipstick! 💄💕💕💕
